Food Groups

 Hello welcome back to my blog today I am going to talk about my work. We have been writing out ideal meal for the day. We had to do one for breakfast, one for lunch, one for a snack and one for dinner. We had to add 5 vegges and fruit, some grain food, Milk or milk powder and meat or egg.
