Today in class we made beef jerky. We first had to fill in a work sheet to get info on how to make it. After we got the info we had to write instruction on how to make beef jerky. When we made the beef jerky we had to hang it up for 3 days. When it was ready we had to fill in the results. We did what you see what it smelled like, what it sounded like when you snapped it and what it tasted like. When I smelled it, it smelt like nothing when i sniffed it. When I snapped it in half it sounded like a biscuit. When i tasted it, it tasted like dog food.
