Hello people welcome back to my blog today I am going to talk about how to be healthy and how much sugar is in food.
I am going to talk about what is at the back of drinks. When you look at the back of a can or a glass bottle it shows how much sugar, enagy, the ingredients and how much protein. Also kids are supposed to have less then 25 grams and adults are supposed to have 38 grams or 9 teaspoons.
In a can of spaghetti there is 4.9 grams of sugar per 100 grams and 7.4 grams of sugar per 100 grams in baked been's. There is also 46 grams of sugar in Milo per 100 grams.You should also swap fizzy drinks for water.
